Optimized Computational Intelligence Model for Estimating the Flexural Behavior of Composite Shear Walls

This article presents a novel approach to estimate the flexural capacity of reinforced concrete-filled composite plate shear walls using an optimized computational intelligence model. The proposed model was developed and validated based on 47 laboratory data points Transit Search (TS) optimization algorithm. Using 80% experimental dataset, selected by determining unknown coefficients network-based structure. remaining 20% used evaluate accuracy model, best-performing structure selected. Furthermore, final neural network details were subjected statistical analysis extract user-friendly formula, making it easier apply in practice. ANN formula then compared with AISC 341-16 results demonstrated their efficacy predicting behavior walls. Overall, provides more reliable efficient framework for estimating
